For drivers

Built for the Philippine road.

Not a wall socket in a basement. Purpose-built fast-charging plazas with canopy, lighting, guards, and a CR — where you’d stop anyway.

Expressway plazas

Solar-canopied plazas on SLEX, CAVITEX and the Aguinaldo corridor — so Tagaytay, Batangas and Bicol runs are never a range question.

120–180 kW DC

Liquid-cooled CCS2 cables. 10 → 80% in about 20 minutes on most EVs sold in PH.

GCash, Maya, cards

Tap-to-charge with the app or QR. No membership, no RFID card to lose. Receipts in-app.

Typhoon-rated

IP55 chargers, elevated pads, canopies engineered for Signal No. 4 winds and Habagat flooding.

24/7 with guards

Every plaza is on a host with round-the-clock security and CCTV. Idle fees keep bays free.

The network

A station every 5–10 km.
That’s the whole plan.

We don’t chase trophy sites. We fill gaps — so that wherever you are on a covered corridor, the next charger is closer than the next gas station.

Is your property a fit?

We rank every application against traffic, power availability and network coverage gaps. Sites that fill a gap on a covered corridor get priority.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How much can a host earn?

It depends on traffic and utilization. A 2-bay site doing 25 sessions/day at ~35 kWh each earns the host a share of roughly 26,000 kWh/month of charging revenue. Your proposal shows the exact structure — revenue share, fixed rent, or hybrid.

Who pays for the Meralco upgrade?

Hail Power. Transformer, service application, load upgrade, and the electrical works are part of our capex. [Template — verify with Hail Power ops]

Do I lose parking?

Only the bays you dedicate — and they stay parking, just for EVs. Most hosts find charging customers spend more per visit than the bay ever did.

What about permits?

We handle DOE EVCS registration, building/electrical permits, BFP and barangay clearances. We'll only need your landlord/board consent.

How long is the agreement?

Typically 10 years, with options to extend. Shorter terms are possible for LGU and expressway sites.
